A non‑refundable $100 deposit
is required at intake to cover labor, photography, listing preparation, and handling of unsold items. This deposit applies per intake batch unless otherwise agreed.
The deposit is non‑refundable, but may be credited to the Client’s payout only if:
The items sell, and
The commission earned by ClearSell Services™ on those items exceeds $100
If the commission earned is less than $100, the deposit remains non‑refundable and is not credited.
The deposit is not applied toward commission
and does not reduce the commission percentage owed.
If items remain unsold or are abandoned, the deposit remains non‑refundable in all cases.
